From Bean to Bar
Grown in Panama. Crafted for the World.
From the lush rainforests of Bocas del Toro to the heart of Panama City, every Huyler's chocolate begins with a single cacao pod — nurtured by hand, refined by tradition.
The Farm
Bocas del Toro, Panamá
Nestled in the Caribbean archipelago of Bocas del Toro, our cacao farm thrives in one of the most biodiverse regions on earth. The warm tropical climate, rich volcanic soil, and abundant rainfall create ideal conditions for growing the finest Theobroma cacao.
Our farmers harvest each pod by hand, selecting only the ripest fruit. The beans are then fermented and sun-dried on-site — a process that unlocks the deep, complex flavors that define Huyler's chocolate.
We work in harmony with the land, preserving the rainforest canopy that shelters our trees and sustains the ecosystem around them.
The Factory
Calle Uruguay, Ciudad de Panamá
In the vibrant Calle Uruguay district of Panama City, our artisan factory transforms sun-dried cacao beans into the exquisite confections that carry the Huyler's name around the world.
Stone conche melangers run for 24 hours, refining each batch to a silky smoothness. Our chocolatiers blend heritage recipes with modern precision — tempering, molding, and finishing every piece by hand.
The factory is open to visitors by appointment. Come taste the process from bean to finished bar.
